Kiawah is a community of smart, kind and caring individuals who have significant investment in this island. It is vital to be able to speak to and with one another, to share ideas, express concerns, and have the freedom to openly debate issues we feel important to the future of the island.

Believing that property owners should be kept abreast of issues and developments on the island and, equally important, that our leadership benefits from member feedback, concerned property owners launched iKiawah in the fall of 2016. It was immediately embraced by the community as a trusted forum for communication and referrals and its membership has increased steadily since inception.

iKiawah encourages discussion among members and allows for the free and open exchange of ideas and opinions. An off-campus, paid administrator with no ties to the island oversees iKiawah operations and keeps the list free of spam and annoying messages. Participating members are encouraged to help identify spam and notify the administrator when appropriate.
